Terms and Conditions for the ExpressVPN LEC Contest 

1. Overview
   ExpressVPN organizes the ExpressVPN LEC Contest (the "Contest") and is open to Instagram users who fulfill the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. By entering this Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
   This Contest is open to all Instagram users worldwide, except for employees of ExpressVPN and affiliate companies, Riot Games, and their immediate family members. Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
   To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps:

• Follow @expressvpn
• Like the designated official Contest post on Instagram.
• Tag one (1) friend who you would take in the comments of the post.

Entries are only valid if submitted between 3 September 2025, 10:00 AM GMT and 16 September 2025, 5:00 PM GMT.

4. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to the LEC Summer Finals 2025, scheduled for 26-28 September 2025 at the Madrid, Spain. The tickets are non-transferable, and no alternative prize is available. The prize does not include any travel or accommodation. Additional prize elements, such as backstage tour, are arranged directly by the event organizers.
5. Selection of Winner
   The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest period. The winner will be notified via Facebook Direct Message (DM) by 9 May 2025. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 4 hours, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
6. No Purchase Necessary
   No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Contest.
7. Publicity
   By entering the Contest, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the Contest without additional compensation, if requested by the organizers.
8. Data Privacy
   Any personal data provided in the course of entering the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will be processed in accordance with ExpressVPN's Privacy Policy.
9. Disqualification
   ExpressVPN reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions or that is deemed to be fraudulent or in violation of Facebook’s terms of service.
10. General Conditions

• The Contest is subject to Instagram’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• ExpressVPN reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice.
• ExpressVPN is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered entries due to technical issues.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ExpressVPN is registered, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
12. Meta Social Media Disclaimer
    This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta or any of its social media entities (e.g. Instagram, Facebook). By participating, you release Meta and its entities from any liability related to the Contest.
