TERMS & CONDITIONS: EXPRESS VPN x TEAM VITALITY (Announcement Giveaway)

1 - ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST 

Team Vitality SAS, whose registered office is located at 102 boulevard de Sébastopol, 75003 Paris, (hereinafter the “Organizer” or ‘VITALITY’) wishes to organize, in association with EXPRESS TECHNOLOGIES LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands having its registered office at Mill Mall, Suite 6, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, registered under number 2074175 (hereinafter “ExpressVPN”) a contest entitled “ExpressVPN announcement”, the winners of which will be selected under the conditions defined below. 

The contest will run from September 8, 2025 at 2pm to September 22, 2025 at 11:59 pm (French connection date and time prevailing) (the “Contest Duration”). 

VITALITY reserves the right to shorten, extend, postpone, modify or cancel the contest if circumstances so require. In any case, VITALITY will not be held liable and no compensation will be claimed in this respect. In such circumstances, VITALITY will put in place the technical means to inform the Participants.

2 - CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

The contest is open to all individuals of at least eighteen (18) years of age, or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside or from which they use ExpressVNP platform, regardless of their nationality, with the exception of all persons directly or indirectly involved in the preparation of the contest and VITALITY and ExpressVPN staff members. 

Participation in the contest implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of the present rules (the “Rules”) and to the Terms of service and Privacy Policy of ExpressVPN platform, in all their stipulations.

The contest is limited to one entry per person (i.e. same surname, first name and e-mail address). Participation is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded per winner. 

Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in the present Rules will invalidate the Participant's participation.

3 - HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

Each Participant shall subscribe to an ExpressVPN offer through the Organizer’s dedicated landing page on ExpressVPN platform (http://expressvpn.com/vitality) during the Contest Duration. 

No other means of entry will be considered by the Organizer.

4 - WINNER SELECTION 

After the closing of the Contest, ExpressVPN will select three (3) winners by random draw from among all those who have subscribed to an ExpressVPN offer in the conditions defined in article 3.

Only one prize will be awarded per winner (same name, same address).

The results date will be announced on October 1, 2025.

5 - PRIZE

The three (3) winners designated by the draw will receive one (1) of the following jersey: 

• 1x jersey signed by CS2 players 
• 1x jersey signed by RL players 
• 1x jersey signed by LEC players

being understood that the attribution of the above jerseys will be made randomly to the winners. 

6 - AWARDING AND USE OF PRIZES 

ExpressVPN will contact the Winners by e-mail and inform them of their prize and how to access it. No e-mail will be sent to Participants who have not won; only the winners will be contacted. Each winner must reply within two (2) days following the sending of the e-mail and provide their full contact details (including shipping address). If no reply is received from a winner within two (2) days following the sending of this e-mail, he will forfeit his prize and may not claim any indemnity, endowment or compensation whatsoever. In this event, the prize may be awarded to a substitute designated in the draw. The winners must comply with the present rules.

Should it turn out that a Winner does not meet the criteria of the present rules, his prize will not be awarded to him. To this end, Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, false indication of identity or postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant. 

In addition, should ExpressVPN be unable to deliver the prize to a winner, for whatever reason, ExpressVPN reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value. 

The prize awarded to a winner can not be contested in any way, nor may it be exchanged or replaced for cash, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever. The prize must be taken as is.

The prize may not be awarded to anyone other than the person designated in the context of this Contest. Consequently, no claims of any kind will be accepted.

8 - USE OF PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA 

Participants are informed that the personal data collected in the context of this Contest is necessary for the management of this Contest, to meet legal or regulatory obligations and to run the Contest. 

The personal data collected in this way is intended for ExpressVPN, or for subcontractors and/or service providers for management purposes. In accordance with current regulations, the information collected is intended exclusively for ExpressVPN or its subcontractors and will not be sold or transferred to third parties (including the Organizer) in any way whatsoever .

In accordance with current regulations, Participants have the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data by sending a request to the ExpressVPN DPO as stated in their Privacy Policy. Persons who exercise their rights under the aforementioned regulations before the end of the Contest will be deemed to have waived their right to participate.

9 - PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION

ExpressVPN reserves the right to carry out any publicity it deems appropriate during or after the draw.

This implies that the Winners are aware of and accept that their possible status as winner, publication, Instagram account, surname and first name may be the subject of publicity by means of any written, visual, Internet, radio or audiovisual medium, without this use conferring any remuneration or any right or advantage whatsoever.

10 - LIABILITY

ExpressVPN and/or the Organizer cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of contacting each Winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize in transit. Nor can ExpressVPN and/or the Organizer be held responsible for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details communicated by participants in the contest.

Furthermore, ExpressVPN and/or the Organizer decline all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or due to its use and/or its consequences.

The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the contest, without incurring any liability.

However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be posted publicly and sent free of charge to any person who has requested the rules in writing. ExpressVPN and/or the Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of malfunction preventing access to and/or the proper running of the contest, notably due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or any other similar means to participate in the contest, whether mechanically or otherwise, is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the definitive elimination of the creator and/or user.

The Organizer may cancel all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular computer fraud in connection with participation in the contest or the determination of the Winner. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.

11 - ACCESSIBILITY OF THE RULES 

The present rules can be printed from the Organizer’s website at any time.

For requests for reimbursement in accordance with Article 10, or for any dispute relating to the contest-game, the postal address to which correspondence should be sent is given below:

13 - APPLICABLE LAW 

The Participants unreservedly admit that the simple fact of participating in this game-contest subjects them to French law
